After a motorcycle accident has happened, who can file a lawsuit in Florida?

Certainly the motorcycle victim can file a lawsuit in Florida for any injuries he or she may have sustained. If that motorcycle victim is deceased than his or her spouse can file a lawsuit. If there is no spouse, then any dependent children can file on behalf of that deceased motorcycle victim.
