Who Pays For My Injuries If I Am Injured In A Florida Car Accident?

Q: Who pays for my injuries if I am injured in a Florida car accident?
A: Motorcycles are not required to have no-fault insurance. Some car insurance companies do provide for the policy of PIP in order to pay for your medical bills. If you don’t have PIP or no fault insurance to pay for your medicals as it goes, you would have health insurance hopefully to pick up those bills. If not you would need to make a claim against the at-fault driver for all your accumulated medical bills and costs for treatment and in a motorcycle case that could easily exceed a quarter of a million dollars.
