A: Motorcycles are not required to have no-fault insurance. Some car insurance companies do provide for the policy of PIP in order to pay for your medical bills. If not you would need to make a claim against the at-fault driver for all your accumulated medical bills and costs for treatment and in a motorcycle case that could easily exceed a quarter of a million dollars.
